Coaching and Mentoring for Managers
In a recent study from the American Institute of Training and Development, researchers found that people who were coached after a training course achieved an increase of 88% in productivity. Those who just attended a training course without coaching achieved a 22% productivity increase.
But coaching shouldn’t just be done after training, it should be a major focus of the leadership practices of all council people leaders.
