Applications by LGNSW to alter the Association’s rules

On 1 December 2016, Local Government NSW made two applications to the Fair Work Commission to formally certify amendments to the Association’s rules. The amendments are the result of motions carried at LGNSW’s 2016 Annual Conference.
 
The first application concerns proposed amendments to LGNSW’s membership/eligibility rule (rule 6) and replacing references to the “Norfolk Island Advisory Council” (NIAC) with the “Norfolk Island Regional Council” (NIRC). Read a copy of the first application (PDF, 5MB).
