Through its business as usual activities, LGMS has identified a demand for a structured but simple succession planning tool to assist line managers to develop a ‘career pathway’ for high potential employees.

LGMS has partnered with an innovative service provider and together we are able to provide an on-line tool which provides employees and line managers with a report and pathway to development. It is a cost effective tool that employees can access in their own time and answer a series of questions, which in turn provides a documented development plan.
