Government Information (Public Access) – GIPA

Hands thumbing through a file in an open filing cabinet drawer.
The objective of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) is to make government information available to the public in one of four ways, including without the need for an access application.

This course is designed for staff and stakeholders who need to be aware of GIPA; staff who are new to GIPA, and for staff who wish to hone their knowledge in areas that are more complex. The course materials are regularly updated to ensure that the most recent decisions of the NSW Administrative and Civil Tribunal are considered.

PRICING: Member $693 (incl GST) | Non Member $1,386 (incl GST)
