This half day interactive workshop introduces a neuroaffirming framework for understanding, supporting and collaborating with neurodivergent employees.

Drawing on lived experience, current research and evidence based practice, the program reframes neurodiversity as part of human diversity, alignment inclusion with human rights and workplace wellbeing.
