EPA’s Regulatory Strategy

The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) has released a Draft Regulatory Strategy to seek feedback on its proposed approach to environmental regulation.

Your views are sought on EPA’s purpose, principles and approach to improving environmental regulation, including:

• environmental and regulatory challenges
• elements of EPA’s regulatory approach
• EPA’s commitment to becoming a world-class regulator
• key risks to human health and the environment

Feedback is via a survey that takes about 10 minutes to complete, or comment via email to  [email protected], and closes on 31 March 2021.
