EOI - LGNSW Representative NSW Water Directorate
Expressions of interest (EOIs) are invited from councillors to represent LGNSW on the NSW Water Directorate.
The NSW Water Directorate was established in 1999 as a technical resource for member councils. The successful applicant will represent LGNSW on the Directorate for a period of two years with a commitment of four to five meetings annually.
Candidates with experience in local government water utilities, knowledge of the issues facing the sector and best practice in water utility policy are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applications should include a short resume and an application letter addressing the selection criteria:
- Experience in water utilities and related issues,
- Ability to represent LGNSW views and those of the local government sector to the Directorate
- Willingness to report to the LGNSW Board and LGNSW staff on Water Directorate meetings.
