Reducing Social Isolation for Seniors Grant Program

The Acting Minister for Seniors, Kevin Anderson, has launched the Reducing Social Isolation for Seniors Grant Program, which is focused on addressing social isolation and the challenges to quality social connections for older people.

This grant program will provide organisations across NSW, including local councils, a share of $600,000 in one-off grants for locally driven projects that aim to make communities more inclusive for older people, help older people connect with each other, and enable them to develop quality relationships.

Having valued and connected lives in inclusive communities in our older years is a key priority of Ageing Well in NSW: Seniors Strategy 2021–2031.
