Proposed EP&A Regulation 2021

The NSW Government has released a draft of the proposed Environmental Planning and Assessment (EP&A) Regulation 2021 (proposed Regulation 2021) for public consultation.

The final regulation will replace the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 and will commence on 1 March 2022.

Details of the changes are provided in the exhibition draft and additional supporting materials are available on the DPIE’s website.

Submissions close on 22 September 2021.
