LGNSW Advocacy Priorities 2019

In the lead up to the 2019 state election, you asked us to advocate on 12 priority areas of importance to local government and communities. 

Working together with our members, we’ve secured bipartisan support for more than half of these from the new NSW Government and have definitive commitments on almost all our priorities from the opposition and crossbenchers. 

These commitments will now form the basis of our work on implementing your vision for the future of our councils with the NSW Government.
