Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Overview
This workshop delivers a unique game-based diversity and inclusion learning experience, a dynamic tool that stimulates thinking, provokes in-depth conversation and sparks the change to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Teams travel around a board progressing by responding to a range of questions and scenarios. Explore a range of scenarios from a broad spectrum of equality, inclusion and diversity issues. These encourage a healthy debate and honest conversations that build greater understanding and confidence.

Who should attend?
All staff, leaders, managers, executives and councillors.
