This e-learning module will introduce participants to information and case studies about what Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) means, types of discrimination, what the law says, and your EEO responsibilities.

This learning module will assist you in being able to:

  • Understand what Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) means and how it is managed
  • Recognise when EEO is not being followed in your workplace
  • Know how to deal with these situations if they arise

The module is tailored to local government staff and will provide relevant local government examples derived from HR professionals, to help transfer the learning to the workplace.

This online individual self-paced module can be completed over a 12-month period.
