Time Management

Time: 9am-12.30pm
Member Price: $462 (incl. GST)

Feeling overwhelmed by interruptions, changing priorities and emails? This workshop will help you to become more organised and productive, both inside and outside work.

Who should attend?
Anyone wanting to improve their time management skills, and to benefit from better organising their day and their work.

Objectives
At the end of this course, participants should be able to identify and understand:

  • Work patterns including their peak work periods
  • Time wasters
  • Strengths and weaknesses in time management
  • Goal setting
  • Personal organisation
  • How to prioritise work
  • The Covey Time Management Matrix, a practical tool

Process
The program will include group discussion, individual exercises and the sharing of participant experiences.

Time management strategies will be developed to transfer the learning back to the workplace. Planning and prioritising tools will be provided to each participant so that they can then customise them and develop effective methods to improve their own personal productivity.
