Remuneration Survey and Report
Each year, Management Solutions produces a remuneration survey and report for the benefit of all NSW councils.
The survey collects data provided by councils on Total Remuneration Packages (TRP) for general managers, directors, managers and supervisors/specialists. The report then provides remuneration comparisons against other councils throughout NSW.
Our annual remuneration survey and report have high participation rates among NSW councils, ensuring the data collected is a valuable tool for HR decision-makers when analysing existing remuneration structures and negotiating pay increases.
