Resilience in the Workplace

The workshop combines theoretical framework and practical content to enhance participants learning. It is designed used active learning principles and includes group discussions, video scenarios, case studies and practical exercises.


Jane Mahon is a professional  meditation  teacher  and  mindfulness coach trained in both western and eastern traditions with a special interest in the  therapeutic application of meditation  to support  emotional  wellbeing.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Health Science - Rehabilitation Counselling from Sydney University. She is also a keen yoga practitioner.

Jane's clients include Australian  Defence Force, QBE insurance, Gallagher Bassett, NSW Ambulance, NSW Fire and Rescue, and  Woolworths Limited to name a few.
