The awards dinner recognises and celebrates the outstanding achievements made by councils and individuals within local government.

During the night, the best projects will be awarded in the following categories:

• The RH Dougherty Awards for innovation in communication and events
• The Leo Kelly OAM Arts and Culture Awards
• The LGNSW Planning Awards, sponsored by the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, and
• The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) NSW Youth Week Awards.

Confirmation, Cancellation Policy and Enquiries
Should you be unable to attend, once registered, a substitute is welcome to attend in your place at no additional charge. All cancellations and amendments must be advised in writing to the [email protected]. Cancellations made by 5pm on Friday 29 July will be eligible for a full refund less a $60 administration fee per registration. Cancellations made after 5pm on this date are not refundable.

Photography and videography
Please be advised there will be a videographer and photographer onsite to capture footage of the event. This footage may result in the imagery/sound of attendees being used for promotional activity included in LGNSW emails, website and social media.

If you do not wish to participate, please advise a LGNSW staff member on the day.
