Executive Certificate for Elected Members

Local Government NSW has joined with the University of Technology to provide an accredited training program for councillors called the Executive Certificate for Elected Members.

The program is conducted over four days and includes practical activities and relevant case studies.

This course is delivered face-to-face in Sydney at the LGNSW Boardroom on 18 & 19 June 2026 (Block One) and 6 & 7 August 2026 (Block Two).

Attending in-person provides a valuable opportunity to connect directly with instructors and peers, engage in dynamic discussions and network during breaks – all within the collaborative, interactive environment.
